[app-bug] /terminal 'Export Logs' card is decorative — no actual export button or handler

Problem

The bottom of /terminal shows three feature cards, including one titled Export Logs with the copy "Keep a record of your analysis sessions for compliance and auditing purposes." There is no actual button or handler — it's a static marketing card.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add a real Download .log button that serializes the current logs[] to a text file
• Add a Copy button that copies the log to clipboard with a toast confirmation (uses the toast system from the related issue)
• If both buttons land in the same place, restyle the card from decorative to actionable
