[Enhance] Email verification for registration

• There will be a confirmation email sent to the user email address with a link to confirm registration.
• The link will be valid for 30 minutes.
• The same user with the identical email address is unable to create a new account or log in while the link remains active. They will receive a warning message if they do so.
