Thanks @jianage, and thanks @AccMoment for helping in-thread. There are two separate surfaces here that we should not blur together:

• /sessions restores prior conversations. If it only shows one item after multiple sessions, that may be a session indexing/visibility bug.
• Durable memory is different: saved facts need to be loaded into a future session intentionally, and the UX should make that clearer.

I am leaving this open. The next useful details are your CodeWhale version, install method, and the State Root / Storage lines from codewhale doctor with private paths redacted. Also, please avoid third-party product promo threads here; it makes the actual CodeWhale bug harder to triage.
