Introduction

RepsTrackr ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our fitness tracking application.

Information We Collect

Data You Provide

RepsTrackr collects and stores the following data locally on your device:

  • Workout Types: Exercise names, icons, measurement types, and descriptions you create
  • Session Types: Workout session templates with associated exercises
  • Workout Sessions: Records of your completed workouts including:
    • Date and time of workout
    • Exercise types performed
    • Sets, reps, weights, and duration
    • Session duration

Data We Do NOT Collect

  • We do NOT collect any personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
  • We do NOT collect location data
  • We do NOT collect device information beyond what's necessary for app functionality
  • We do NOT collect usage analytics or behavioral data
  • We do NOT use cookies or tracking technologies

How We Store Your Data

Local Storage

All your workout data is stored:

  • On iOS: In your personal iCloud account (iCloud Drive)
  • On Android: Locally on your device

Data Sync

  • iOS: Your workout data automatically syncs across your iOS devices using your personal iCloud account
  • Android: Data remains local to your device
  • Important: We do NOT have access to your iCloud account or any data you store

How We Use Your Data

Your workout data is used solely to:

  • Display your workout history
  • Generate statistics and progress charts
  • Provide workout tracking functionality
  • Sync across your devices (iOS only, via your iCloud)

We do NOT:

  • Share your data with third parties
  • Use your data for advertising
  • Sell your data
  • Analyze your data on our servers (we have no servers)

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do NOT share your data with any third parties.

RepsTrackr:

  • Does NOT use analytics services
  • Does NOT use advertising networks
  • Does NOT use third-party tracking SDKs
  • Does NOT transmit data to external servers

Your Rights and Choices

Data Access

You have complete control over your workout data at all times through the app interface.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data by:

  • Deleting individual workout sessions, workout types, or session types within the app
  • Uninstalling the app (note: iCloud data will persist unless manually deleted from iCloud Drive)

Data Export

Currently, the app does not provide a data export feature. This may be added in future updates.

Data Retention

  • Data is retained on your device/iCloud indefinitely until you manually delete it
  • Uninstalling the app does NOT automatically delete data from iCloud (iOS only)
  • We do not store any data on our servers

Children's Privacy

RepsTrackr is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

Your data security is important to us:

  • All data is stored using platform-standard secure storage mechanisms
  • iOS data stored in iCloud is protected by Apple's iCloud security
  • No data is transmitted over the internet to our servers

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

  • Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
