Test that new queens are heterozygous on CSD

Can you please do 2 things:

1. check if we are already testing csd in unit tests
2. check if the test captures the problem you discovered
3. if the answer to 2 is no, can you initiate an example so we can add the test?

We have the tests already, I've expanded them in #625 to test for the whole basePop of females
