Error when running osmFISH_SSp.ipynb #7
Description
When I ran to this line analysis.normalize_vectors_sctransform(vst_kwargs={'plot_model_pars': True}) , there was an error:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/tmp042t71u4/out.feather'
I have already install required r packages in the visual environment.
A screen shot of the error has been attached.
