Hover mode

Copter should switch to hover mode when no control is touched.

barometer is not good enough to implement the hover mode: accuracy is low and not stable.
Adding a sonar is good choice.

A bad hover mode is far better than the hexbot flying away...

This could be done on the software side by just balancing out the controls to a centered position could it not? and @labomat a bad hover mode could cause it to suddenly fly into a wall so... I disagree lol :)
