Books duplicating after editing - temporarily

on write.handbuch.io while problems persist on write.healthsprints.org

it only temporarily duplicated and clears on browser refresh, but it will be enough to confuse and worry an editor.

Cannot reproduce here. What do you do for this to happen? I edit a book, add some chapters, click on "Submit" in the dialog and there is only one version of the book.
