Books losing chapters if docs move to a Directory

For the book called 'Benchmark' on https://write.healthsprints.org/books/

I have noticed that if I move its existing chapter docs into a directory then all but the first chapter document from the book are removed.

I had seen this on another doc yesterday, but had not made the connection between the two actions.

@mrchristian In your tests, are you owner of both book and chapters?
