The app crashes when I try to get files #13
Description
After setting up everything needed including the source folders and the output folders. When I click get files the entire screen goes white I’ve tried letting it load thinking it was having a hard time loading 5k x 5k pixel format.
issue continues to persist I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so was there a solution?
I’ve used this app many times before but never had any issues other than a generating failure
