About the PR

Swaps the parenting so that the correct contra level displays.

Why / Balance

ML66A Smartgun and M5-ATL are in fact, not C1 level toys like a Gestio.

Technical details

Changes the CMBaseWeaponGun parents to have the proper contraband tag in the leftmost slot. Because of how item inheritance works, the code checks the leftmost parent tree first, and stops at the first contraband level found. So guns can be adjusted individually still in their own yml files.

How to test

-Launch Dev Env.
-See that spawned RMC firearms and launchers are no longer C1.
