Medical biofabricator construction/upgrade

What happened?

The medical biofabricator can not be built by hand, it does not accept matter bins or manipulators of any kind.
When built it can also not be upgraded via RPED

What should have happened?

Medical Biofabricator should work with every matter bin and manipulator and be upgradeable

Steps to reproduce

• Create Machine frame
• insert medical biofab machine board
• follow build instructions

Severity

Moderate (feature partially broken, workaround exists)
