Request: Position config for people without titles

Most people have titles. but the people who don't end up with an offset Job Icon.

Ya, it seems as though the job icon is aligned to the bottom left instead of the top left of the nameplate. I don't know how difficult that is to change, but it would be an appreciated fix.
