Extracting manifests never finishes #56
Description
Freshly installed version 3.2.2.0 - intstalled using winget
When accessing the Packages tab, downloading starts and finishes, but then extracting manifests never finishes.
If I go to the General tab and back to the Packages tab, while this extraction goes on, the app crashes and closes the window.
