Getting error "bower                        ENOTFOUND Package angular not found"

Using private-bower .. angular was in json file .. If i do a search for angular package it get searched out.

But if do info/install getting error for package not found..

Also noticed if I rename package as angula instead of angular in config json file. it got searched/info/installed ... 

Is there any thing to do with name "angular" in private bower
