Second user type other than participants. On the scheduler end, this is what a “staff type” should be able to do:
- Add activities and quiet hobbies to a pre-set list. Right now, on the participant side, when you add an event you get options such as “Sweep floor,” or “Make bed.” Staff should have control of that pre-set list, and should be able to put in events with a name and an icon. They should also be able to add items to the “quiet hobby” list that shows up when you click on “Quiet hobby” in the schedule
- They should be able to see the schedule of certain participants. The actual assignment of participants to staff should be given to a third admin type
- Staff is assigned: Elijah, Mary – they can click on Elijah and view his schedule. They can see the items he has completed, any photos he has uploaded, or any emojis he indicated (did he like the event?)
- They should also be able to send reminders/notifications over.
