What behaviour is observed?
我将这个配置设为True,但是还是会被相同ID玩家登录导致他被踢出服务器。
I set it to True, but the same ID player logging in still causes him to be kicked from the server.

Expected behaviour
某ID正在服务器中,另一个相同ID的玩家加入服务器时,将收到“此ID已加入服务器”类似的通知而禁止加入服务器
If a player with a certain ID is already on the server, another player with the same ID trying to join will receive a notification like 'This ID has already joined the server' and will be prevented from joining.
To Reproduce
1.Computer A with LoadError1706 Join the Server
2.Computer B with LoadError1706 Join the Server
3.The player LoadError1706 on the computer A was kicked out of the server, along with this message "Logged in from another Location"
