  • Export the library with easypqp that produces the modifications in UNIMOD notation. Not ideal but a workaround

I talked to MSFragger people today at ASMS and they seemed to be interested in adoption. There might be done need for a small extension but that will be a new issue (#19). Matrix Science was also interested in supporting it.

If there is interest I can add it to pyOpenMS. I recently added ProForma 2.0 support.
