eCLM with Stages/2026 causes error `SoilTemperatureMod.F90`

I wanted to try if Stages/2026 will work without the UCX-settings/DC from Issue #111. So, I used the jube setup (with the EUR-12 test case) and it didn't work for any of the two environments available for Stages/2026:

• jsc.2026.gnu.openmpi
• jsc.2026.nvhpc.openmpi

The error is the same for both environments:

@AGonzalezNicolas does this failure happen only in JUBE, or could it be replicated by manual runs? Also the error message doesn't contain anything useful to solve the problem: either the relevant error info is on another log file, or the test must be rerun on a DEBUG build to generate an unobfuscated backtrace.

If it happens with JUBE, it will happen manually too.

To double-check, I tried with Stages/2025 and the test case just worked fine.

This requires update in TSMP2 WFE. Please see HPSCTerrSys/TSMP2_workflow-engine#30

If it happens with JUBE, it will happen manually too.

Not 100% guaranteed, since the shell environment of an interactive login node vs. the one from an isolated JUBE runner is not 100% the same
