JSON output from API doc has duplicate labels

Describe the bug
When API doc is generated, JSOn file for the library has duplicate elements:

• For classes, classname appears twice

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Generate API documentation
2. Go to Library and Class JSON files, open in Visual Basic
3. View Problems pane, it should show JSON issues with "Duplicate object key"

Expected behavior
Low-level problem, but could cause problems if JSON files are used for future purposes
