Use schema for mastersnippet checks

We have special logic for mastersnippet format, which only look at valid tag names and only allow unique setting in each tag.
These fomatting check can be achieved with xml schema like the grandmaster snippet, so that the parsing code can be simplier.
The schema may also help to blacklist certain sensitive FMparameters from users when we implemented generalParser
