Need periodic maintenance guides

Currently in woodwork we are struggling with frequent breakdowns which end up with tools out of order for weeks and a few people having to stop everything they're doing to be sidetracked fixing those tools.

In order to combat this, my plan is:

• record the periodic maintenance tasks that need doing in easy to follow ways
• record equipment needed to undertake that work
• Make a toolbox containing all that stuff just for maintainers
• recruit maintainers for these spoon fed tasks

I also think this will be a good way to increase volunteers because oiling a machine is a much smaller commitment than teaching, but will give people a way in.

it doesn't look like I have permissions to give you full on access to this git repo, I think it was oiginally setup by Rossy
but I can approve pull requests on it / make direct changes to it myself.
so if you can do a pull request I could approve it

I'm starting to think we really need a proper wiki setup
