[FEATURE] New Pi camera HQ support #123

Hi,
Do you think it would be possible to add the new Pi camera HQ working with your capture software, with V4L2 driver?
I tried to make it working with the last version of Planetary Imager v0.7 but no way, no picture in the screen.
I'm on Raspberry Pi 4b.
