basicTestA startTopaz RPC test fails silently #313
Description
See the log and note that the login at 6779 fails ... also not at line 6778, the gemnetid line is commented out ... and it's the line that enables RPC login ... commented out, because RPC login should not be the default for startTopaz ...
That leaves us with no test for bug #161 ... should arrange to have an RPC test as well for completeness
