`info.txt` file to be updated with the KF Reliability dataset

The KF Reliability dataset consists of ~60 10-minute eyes-open resting-state recordings gathered in the span of ~ 2 weeks. The info.txt file which contains the gdrive download links to the files will be updated to include the KF Reliability dataset recordings

Also, in the info file, the filetype of HB moments SNIRFs are incorrecly labeled as kp-snf-hmb instead of kp-snf-hbm
