Feature request: Private space shortcuts, or apps-list position toggle

Problem:

Private space apps-list is locked to the bottom, thereby causing an unnecessary amount of swiping to reach those apps every time.

Proposed Solution(s):

1. Allow app shortcuts from private space to be placed on owner home screen.

Or

2. Add an option to display them at the top of the apps-list once private space is unlocked.
