Allow custom filename format in Camera app

Hi GrapheneOS Camera team,

It would be very useful to have an option to set a custom filename format for photos and videos. For example, a format like:

YYYY-MM-DDTHH-mm-ss.ext

• YYYY = year
• MM = month
• DD = day
• T = date/time separator (ISO 8601)
• HH = hour
• mm = minute
• ss = second
• .ext = file extension

This would help users automatically organize media by date and time. Currently, the app seems to only use default filenames.
