org.apache.http.conn.ConnectTimeoutException not handled for http failover

Hi

when enabling credentials over http and http fallback, ConnectTimeoutException doesn't seem to be handled so it never falls back. I assume it got broken in a dep upgrade maybe (not sure at all) but this is bothering and prevent http registry usage in several cases.
