Nodejs 18.0.0 is out on April 19th 2022. Flex managed nodejs runtime may not work automatically. #232

I'm creating this issue to track any issues and discussions about the support of nodejs 18.0.
Sorry for not planning the work before the launch date. Please try mitigate 18.0 related issues with "node": "<18.0".
