IPv6 error when running terraform destroy in Cloud Shell #55

This issue relates to the retail-clickstream-application.

When you run terraform destroy in the Google cloud shell you get the following error:

Error: Error when reading or editing BigQueryDataset "projects/project-id/datasets/retail_dataset": Get "https://bigquery.googleapis.com/bigquery/v2/projects/project-id/datasets/retail_dataset?alt=json": dial tcp [1a11:1111:111c:c01::1f]:443: connect: cannot assign requested address

This looks to be related to this issue which has not been resolved - hashicorp/terraform-provider-google#6782
