master/gpudirect-tcpxo/nccl-test-latest.yaml references non-existent /scripts/demo-run-nccl-test-tcpxo-via-mpi.sh

This is supposed to be an example that allows us to test a cluster.
However, it doesn't actually start, because it references /scripts/demo-run-nccl-test-tcpxo-via-mpi.sh which doesn't exist in the Docker image.
Where are these scripts supposed to come from?

Want to highlight this issue.

It appears that moving from v1.0.11 to v1.0.12 for the nccl-plugin, there were several scripts and/or script names that were updated, but the nccl-test-latest.yaml file was not updated accordingly.

nccl-test-latest.yaml needs to be updated accordingly.
