Error with connecting R to AWS #2

Describe the bug
Documentation (as it is) does not account for how to open AWS S3 in R.
To Reproduce
Several new users (including Zi, on a new laptop) cannot get AWS S3 to list buckets in R, despite being able to do so on previous computer.
Expected behavior
We expect the R console to interact with AWS but it doesn't.

We get error 127 when we try.
