One question is how to think of multiple studies. Do we create this template for each study? Maybe have difference studies embedded here.

Isn't it possible to tag studies? Maybe each study should have it's own tag (based on its name). That way, not only could you find the analysis, you could also find the task and etc.

Another option would be to make branches, and each branch is a separate study. This would reflect the task branch pattern.
