Solution for React-Native existing app created using -- create-react-native-app

Hello, I have a React-Native application which was created using create-react-native-app which actually
doesn't support Browserifying .
So do we have a way by which we could use eosjs or equivalent library in my project to communicate with eos-blockchain via scatter for mobile app(android + ios) ?
