• Author docs/retros/2026-05-19-multi-repo-qol-sweep.md once all tasks land. Capture: lessons learned (Copilot bot login = copilot-swe-agent; spec-reviewer/code-reviewer false-positives on pre-existing CHANGELOGs; codecov coverage gate required admin override).

Audit result: superseded by newer trackers.

Evidence:

• Task 19 retrospective shipped in workflow PR docs(retro): multi-repo OSS-readiness QoL sweep (2026-05-19) #719.
• The later canonical follow-up tracker is qol-sweep: remaining follow-up items after third pass (2026-05-19) #730.
• Live-deploy/operator setup is tracked separately in ops: enable live-deploy CI matrix (operator-side OIDC + staging accounts) #731.
• Registry-manifest leftovers are tracked as workflow-registry child issues (Refactor serverApp god object into domain-scoped sub-structs with minimal interfaces; move admin wiring to config+primitives #56-Scan step stubs should return ErrNotImplemented (pipeline_step_scan_*.go) #67 remain open there as of this audit).

This older umbrella no longer has unique actionable scope that is not covered by those newer trackers.
