Need to consolidate both registration pages #24
Description
Right now we have two registration pages: one on the MemberController and one on the HomeController. We only need one. I kind of like the idea of having everything to do with members be on a separate controller.
Thoughts on the matter?
No matter which way we end up choosing, we need to only have one registration page.
