Enable sharing custom inventory lists with orgs (post-MVP) #32
Description
Extend custom lists to support org sharing. Users toggle lists between private and org-shared, select which orgs can view. Org members see shared lists (read-only). Auto-unshare on membership removal. Backed by is_shared flag and shared_org_id. Post-MVP enhancement building on #28.
