Structured logging for UEX sync jobs (endpoint, counts, duration, errors). Metrics: sync success/failure counters, last sync timestamp gauge. Inventory operation logging (create/update/delete summaries). Health endpoint showing sync status per endpoint. Export metrics to Prometheus/StatsD.
