E-Mail setup

Hello!
First of all I want to say that you provide a great service!
I installed your software but I have a problem with the E-mail settings.
I can't activate any account because the they don't receive an E-mail.

How can i solve this Problem?
I'm very grateful for your help!

Ok get the settings done! But i have a problem.
In the Alert.php file is this line:

$config["to"] = 'hans@giftflow.org';

So when a user trys to register a account, the email (or alert-message) with the activation link will be sent to "hans@giftflow.org" and not to the new user's email address.

How can i fix this?
