Create relationships between entities

• check/uncheck cells in a tracebility matrix, where the entities to relate are listed vertically resp. horizontally.
• display a subgraph and offer to a add a relationship by context menue
• add a relationship from a selected item in the tree (outline) - like in the SpecIF Editor
• Here is how a commercial product does it.
