There is a problem creating a BPRT token.

In the process of creating an Access Token and creating a BPRT token with credentials for an account with the Cloud Device Administrator role, AADSTS90093 is happening, and the corresponding message is Insulate privileges to complete the operation. The same goes for granting a global administrator role. Is there a workaround?

I've also began to run into this. Trying to find if there is some sort of additional permission we need to grant to the WCD enterprise application.
