License change #2
Description
Core library have currently GPLv3 license which comes from original CeCe repository where everything was together and GPLv3 had sense. For core library this license is too strict because it disallow to use library by proprietary software. Changing to LGPLv3 should solve this problem.
Because all source files contain license header it will take some time to change the license.
