Notes

• PRs touching src/mixs/schema/mixs.yaml are most likely to have conflicts, since this monolithic file changes frequently.
• Generated files (poetry.lock, src/mixs/datamodel/mixs.py, project artifacts) should generally NOT be committed in non-release PRs — accept main's version during rebase.
• Fork-based PRs (Documentation: examples of 'gold standard' slots as a reference guide for newcomers #943, Documentation: MIxS Term (linkML slot) specification documentation #944) need the author to rebase from their fork.
