Add seed data commands

Love this project so far! It would be really useful to add a command/config for seeding data, even if it's just running an arbitrary sql file. I'm open to creating a pull request, but wanted to see if this was even within the scope of this project.

Seeding functionality could definitely be within scope--I think it's a great idea! Def create a pull request if you are up to it--I will assign it to you and if you decide you don't have the time, assign it back to me and I will set aside some time to work on it myself 😊

I don't know what your implementation thoughts are, but I can think of a few different ways this can be accomplished pretty readily. If your idea involves a new seeds directory (or whatever name you think makes sense), I would just gently suggest that you make it configurable via the config file so that users that elect not to use seeders can avoid an extra directory upon initialization!
