Add TLS Support

1. Seems like there is no way to configure secure connection
2. seems like SendingTime(52) format is either in seconds or milliseconds - would be good to have the ability to configure the exact format. (e.g micro seconds)

What options would you like for secure connection configuration?
I'll open a separate issue for the SendingTime format as that should be pretty straight forward.
