How to use it in non-coding region

If I want to use bestimate in non-coding region, how do I modify the -gene option

Unfortunately, for now BEstimate only provides gRNAs for genes, including exons and introns, yet not the regulatory regions outside of gene sequences. I can put this option into our to do list and we can implement it in the future.
