Total Watch feed "public" returns 404 error

Total Watch feed option "public" returns a 404 error when selected

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Total Watch (Experimental)' page from Admin home
2. Select public from the bid feed dropdown, then click refresh
3. Error in screenshot below

Expected behavior
A feed returned that is not a 404 error
