Can't crate a segment (Error code: 403 forbidden)

Describe the bug
When i try crate a segment it show me a message "Error code: 403 forbidden" and the segment don't create

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Just try crate a segment (sponsored)
2. Enter start and end time and submit
3. See error

Expected behavior
I expect to crate a new segment

This error only happen with sponsore segment.

Same error with other segments like self promotion and interaction, I can skip segments but not create them.
