Thank you for your meaningful work in this field. I noticed that your code repository includes codes for other MIL models, but lacks the essential code for training and testing using CausalMIL. Could you please provide the code for training and testing with causalMIL?

The CausalMIL code was taken from the authors github at https://github.com/weijiazhang24/causalmil , since there was no license file there was no way for us to incorporate their code in a permissible way for distribution.
