Missing File and Parsing Error

Describe the bug
Setup the program Brain Simulator then tried running the program with the following result. A window saying, "Brain Simulator encountered an error--

Application: Brain Simulator Version 1.6.8. I see it also lists the time and date as 1/9/2000 12:00:00 AM

I’m guessing that you have compiled the code yourself (rather than the binary download). 1. The order of building may have a bug. Try recompiling. 2. Be sure that the build target is set to x64. Let us know how it goes

had the same error, i've downloaded the installer
